What is an Imaios ID?

An Imaios ID is typically your login name. An Imaios ID, plus your password, allows you to access special membership benefits on Imaios.com. Please click here to create an Imaios ID or sign in using an existing Imaios ID.

 

What are the benefits of being an Imaios Member?

To view all the labels on anatomy modules or sign in to membership community, you must create an Imaios ID. Each time you sign in with your ID, Imaios will recognize you as a unique Imaios user.

If you choose to have us "remember" you, the next time you visit our site we will customize your experience with Imaios.com.

The ID isn't just for the anatomy atlas. You can be automatically notified of new Imaios products, upgrades, and future Imaios activities. You can also use it to download trials, register for events, access forums and exchanges.

 

How do I obtain an ID?

Go to the Create a Membership page and fill out the membership sign up form. You'll create a new user name and a password that will give you access to all the Imaios.com membership features.

If you receive a message that your email address is already in use, you already have a membership. Follow the directions below to retrieve your password.

 

How to Activate your Member Account?

Once you have successfully register with us, our system will send out a Member Confirmation Letter. Please follow the instructions outlined in the email to activate your account.
NOTE: The Confirmation Letter is only used for activating your Member account. You still need to use the password you have selected during Member Registration when login to Member Site.
If you have not received Imaios Registration Confirmation Letter, please follow these steps:

  1. Please make sure your e-mail address has been validated. Some free e-mail providers may not guarantee you to receive letters from Imaios. We recommend you to try another e-mail address.
  2. Check whether your "Trash Bin" or SPAM folder has our Imaios Member Confirmation Letter.
  3. Contact your MIS admin to see whether Imaios Confirmation Letter (send by contact @ imaios.com ) was been treated as Junk Mail.
  4. If all the steps above still would not solve your problem, please contact Imaios Customer Service and give your login and e-mail details.

 

My ID/password is not accepted. What can I do?

There are a number of reasons why you may experience difficulty logging in with your password.

  1. Make sure you are using the appropriate user name and password for the Imaios website
  2. Make sure that you have already activated your Imaios account

    To confirm the validity of the email used in registration, and to confirm that it is your email, an activation code is sent to this email to activate your account. Follow the steps outlined in the email to be able to enter the website and enjoy the different services.
    Account activation is required to enable login.

  3. Check your keyboard settings

    When you type your Adobe ID and password into the Sign In page, verify that your Caps Lock and Num Lock keys are disabled.

    Passwords are case sensitive, which means that the Imaios membership sign in treats the word "Password" differently from "password." To change your keyboard settings, see the documentation that came with your computer or keyboard.

  4. Allow cookies and then sign in

    If your web browser returns to the Sign In page without displaying an error, then the browser has rejected the cookie that Imaios sends to your computer. To accept this cookie, change the privacy, or cookie, settings for your browser or network to accept all cookies. For instructions on enabling cookies for your browser, see the help that's included with the browser or contact your network administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance with enabling cookies across your network.

  5. Disable web anonymization

    If you use an anonymizing website or an anonymizing proxy, then disable the proxy software or type www.adobe.com directly into the address bar before you sign into the Imaios website.

  6. Contact IMAIOS Customer Service

    Imaios Customer Service must verify your personal information before assisting you.

 

I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Visit the Sign in page and click Forgot password? Please enter your email. If you have an Imaios membership, a password will be sent to your email address as listed on your account.

 

I'm not sure if I'm a member. How can I find out?

Request your password to be sent to you from our membership page. Please enter your e-mail address. If you have an Imaios membership, your password will be e-mailed to you.

 

How do I edit my Imaios Member account information?

To update your Imaios Member account information, such as, address, phone number, and e-mail address, to register Imaios products, or to change your Imaios ID and password, please sign in from the Imaios navigation menu bar. Select Edit my Account information and update as needed.

 

Why is my screen name not accepted?

Screen names are used as your ID when you post online, and must be unique. If the name you select is already in use, it will not be accepted. Try a variation on the name, such as adding a letter, number or additional word. You can change your screen name when you sign in to membership.

 

How can I remove myself from (or add myself to) your mail lists?

If you do not want to receive e-mails or mail notifications from Imaios please update your communication preferences. To do this sign in from the Imaios navigation menu bar. On the main menu select the link to Change Communication Preferences (listed under Account information). Make sure that none of the boxes listing communication preferences (mail, phone, email) are selected, and click the button to update your account.
To receive communications from Imaios make sure the appropriate boxes are selected, and show a check mark before clicking to update your account.

Why am I not receiving Imaios e-mails?

If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail from Imaios within two hours of placing an order, check your spam filter in case the confirmation has been misidentified as spam.
