Discussion

Le cas rapporté d’ossification du ligament vertébral potérieur semble être la « Forme idiopathique » correspondant à « la maladie des Japonais »; associée à une calcification du Ligament Jaune .

L’’installation rapide des déficits, l’étendue des calcifications, les signes TDM de
pénétration dure-mérienne et  l’importance de la compression médullaire constituent
des éléments de mauvais pronostic.

OSSIFICATION DU LIGAMENT VERTÉBRAL COMMUN POSTÉRIEUR ET DU LIGAMENTT JAUNE;
MYÉLOPATHIE CERVICALE SUBAIGUË.
