Check that you have completed all the required fields that are marked with an asterisk.

How can I change my password?

 

Once you have logged in to the www.imaios.com site, you just need to click on “My account” in the menu at the top of the page (black section).

Then click on the blue “My account” button.

After this, enter your current password in the “Old password” field, enter your new password in the “New password” field and again in the “Retype password” field.

Confirm by clicking on the blue “Store changes” button at the bottom of the page.

 

 

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?  

 

On the main page of the www.imaios.com site, click on “Login” at the top right of the page (black section) then click on “Forgot your password?” in blue.

Then enter the email address associated with your IMAIOS account in the field and click on the blue “Send” button.

Check your email inbox for further instructions.

Please note: Sometimes emails are automatically sent to your junk mail or spam folder. Please double check these folders.

 

 

How can I get an invoice for my purchases?  

 

Once you have logged in to the www.imaios.com site, you just need to click on “My account” in the menu at the top of the page (black section).

Then click on the blue “My orders” button.

After this, click on “Print” on the invoice you want and it will download in PDF format.

The error message “InvalidToken” appears when I try to launch a module. What should I do? 

 

To solve this problem, first of all check that you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on your computer.

Then check that the time and date on your computer are correct.

 

 

I can’t access e-Anatomy from my tablet or smartphone. Why is that?  

 

To access e-Anatomy from a mobile device (iOS or Android, smartphones or tablets), you have to download and install the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application (free download from iTunes and Google Play).

 

 

I have paid my subscription but when I launch a module it tells me that I have to subscribe. What should I do? 

 

First of all check that you are logged in to www.imaios.com.Your name should appear at the top of the page (black section) in the “My account” button.

If this is the case, and you have just purchased your subscription, it is possible that the bank transaction has not yet been processed or that it has failed.

Does the RadCore Question Bundle subscription allow access to e-Anatomy? 

 

No, QEVLAR: RadCore Question Bundle and e-Anatomy are two different products and each one requires a separate subscription.

There is no subscription that includes both products.

I have purchased (in-App) an annual subscription to e-Anatomy iOS application, but the modules are not activated. What should I do?

- Synchronise your device with the same iTunes/Apple account you used to make your initial purchase (with iCloud)

- Uninstall the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

- Restart your iOS device

- Download and install the latest version of the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

- Start up the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

I have purchased an annual subscription to e-Anatomy for iOS from the Apple Store. Can I access e-Anatomy from my computer (PC or Mac) or from my Android device with this subscription?

 

e-Anatomy subscriptions for iOS purchased through the Apple Store give you access to all e-Anatomy modules from your iOS devices only (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch).

The e-Anatomy application purchased through the Apple Store does not give you access to the application from Android mobile devices (smartphones or tablets) or from computers (PC or Mac).

It is therefore preferable to purchase your subscription directly from the IMAIOS site. You can then download the application free of charge and access e-Anatomy from all your connected devices.

 

 

I would like to cancel my e-Anatomy iOS subscription that I purchased through the Apple Store. How can I do this? 

 

The entire subscription system for the e-Anatomy application for iOS is managed by Apple if you have purchased it though the Apple Store. You should therefore contact the Apple technical support team to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for your purchase.

 

 

I purchased 1, 2 or 3 packs of modules in the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS before the annual subscription was set up. How can I activate them on a new iOS device?  

 

To (re)activate your packs of modules, please follow the following procedure:

- Synchronise your device with the same iTunes/Apple account you used to make your initial purchase (with iCloud)

- Uninstall the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

- Restart your iOS device

- Download and install the latest version of the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

- Start up the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS

- Click “Activate” then “Restore”
