第6站（主动脉旁淋巴结）为位于升主动脉及主动脉弓前方和外侧的淋巴结。
边界：
第6站的上界为与主动脉弓上缘相切的切线。
第6站的下界为主动脉弓的下缘。
前界为自主动脉弓前壁向外延伸的水平假想线。
