Apex cordis
定义
心尖（apex cordis）朝向下方、前方及左侧，被左肺及胸膜所覆盖：其位于第五左肋间隙后方，距胸骨中线 8 至 9 厘米，或位于左乳头下方约 4 厘米、内侧约 2 毫米处。
心尖处呈现一个切迹，为后室间沟与前室间沟在此汇合所形成的浅下降区域。
