耻骨弓

耻骨弓由两侧耻骨下支在中线处汇合而成，形成弓形结构。
在产科学中，耻骨弓角（PAA）是一个重要参数，可通过会阴超声等影像学技术进行测量。研究表明，耻骨弓角与其他骨盆径线存在相关性，如坐骨棘间径（ISD）和产科真结合径（OC），这些径线对评估阴道分娩的可行性至关重要。[1] 耻骨弓角较大者通常与阴道分娩预后较好相关，而耻骨弓角较小者在第二产程延长的情况下可能预示需要手术助产。[2]
