右主支气管
Bronchus principalis dexter
定义
右支气管（bronchus dexter）较左侧更宽、更短，走行方向也更为垂直，长约2.5厘米，在近第五胸椎骨水平处进入右肺。奇静脉从其后方弓形跨过；右肺动脉起初位于其下方，随后转至其前方。距起始部约2厘米处，右支气管发出一支分支，分布至右肺上叶。此分支称为动脉上支（eparterial branch），因其起源于右肺动脉上方。支气管随后行于肺动脉下方，称为动脉下支（hyparterial branch）；该支继续分为两支，分别分布至中叶和下叶。
