左主支气管
Bronchus principalis sinister
定义
左支气管（bronchus sinister）管径较小，但长于右侧，长度近5厘米。它在第六胸椎对侧进入左肺根部。左支气管走行于主动脉弓之下，向前越过食管、胸导管及降主动脉，左肺动脉起初位于其上方，继而转至其前方。左支气管无动脉上支，因此一些学者认为左肺并无上叶，所谓的上叶实际上与右肺中叶相对应。
