前柱
Columna anterior
定义
前柱（columna anterior; anterior cornu），朝向前方，宽阔，呈圆形或四边形。其后部称为基底，前部称为头部，但两者之间并无明显的缩窄将其区分。
前柱与脊髓表面之间由一层白质相隔，前根神经束穿行其中。
