滑车切迹（半月切迹，大乙状切迹）是一个大的下降区域，由鹰嘴和冠突共同构成，用于与肱骨滑车形成关节。在此切迹两侧的中部各有一处凹陷，使切迹略有收窄，标志着鹰嘴与冠突的交界处。该切迹从上至下呈凹形，并由一条从鹰嘴顶端延伸至冠突尖端的光滑嵴分为内侧和外侧两部分。内侧部分较大，横向略呈凹形；外侧部分上方凸起，下方略呈凹形。
