小脑蚓第V小叶是小脑前叶的组成部分。
根据Larsell编号系统,前叶包含蚓部的五个小叶(I至V)。这些小叶的形成源于多条横行裂隙的出现,这些裂隙在内外侧平面上贯穿蚓部及小脑半球。Larsell的蚓第V小叶与第IV小叶一同被经典命名系统标记为"山顶"(Culmen)。
从功能角度来看,蚓部第I至V小叶(前叶的组成部分)接受脊髓小脑传入通路的投射。这些传导束将感觉本体感受信息传入小脑,使其能够实时感知身体各部位的运动状态与位置。小脑将这一实时本体感受数据与原本在大脑中制定的运动计划进行匹配与比较,从而在潜意识水平上对随意运动活动的监控与精细调节发挥关键作用。
