定义
骨间缘（骨间嵴，外侧缘）在上方起自两条线的汇合处，该两线分别从桡切迹的两端汇聚，其间围成一三角形间隙，供旋后肌部分起点附着；向下止于尺骨头。其上部锐利，下四分之一光滑而圆钝。此嵴为骨间膜提供附着，并将掌侧面与背侧面分隔开来。
