定义
第一肋骨体的上表面有两条浅沟，两沟之间由一略微隆起的嵴分隔，该嵴向内侧延伸形成一结节，即前斜角肌结节，为前斜角肌的附着处；前沟（锁骨下静脉沟）通行锁骨下静脉，后沟（锁骨下动脉沟）通行锁骨下动脉及臂丛最下干。
