定义
腱鞘是围绕肌腱的特化结构，尤其分布于肌腱跨越关节或穿行于狭窄间隙的部位。腱鞘具有多项重要功能，包括减少摩擦、提供光滑的滑动面，以及保护肌腱免受机械应力和损伤。
腱鞘由两层主要结构组成：外层纤维层和内层滑膜层。外层纤维层提供结构支撑，而内层滑膜层则分泌滑液，对肌腱起润滑作用，并促进其在鞘内的运动。[1-2] 滑液对于减少肌腱运动时所受的摩擦与磨损至关重要。
腱鞘的解剖结构因其所在位置及所包绕肌腱的不同而存在差异。例如，手指的屈肌腱鞘是复杂的结构，同时包含纤维性成分和膜性成分，对于手指运动过程中肌腱的高效功能发挥具有关键作用。[3]
