颈深静脉（v. cervicalis profunda；椎后静脉或颈深后静脉）伴随同名动脉行于头半棘肌与颈半棘肌之间。该静脉起始于枕下区，由枕静脉的交通支及颈后部深层肌肉的细小静脉汇合而成。其接受来自颈椎棘突周围静脉丛的属支，最终汇入椎静脉的下段。
