喉室（ventriculus laryngis [Morgagnii]；laryngeal sinus）是一个梭形窝，位于两侧室襞与声襞之间，并沿其几乎全长延伸。
该窝的边界如下：上界为室襞的游离新月形缘；下界为声襞的平直缘；外侧界为覆盖相应甲杓肌的黏膜。喉室的前部经一狭窄开口向上通入一个大小不一的黏膜盲囊，称为喉囊（附囊）。
