IMAIOS currently employs over twenty people, previously located at the MIBI (Montpellier International Business Incubator) it had started to feel a little bit cramped there and it was about time to spread our wings.
IMAIOS has settled in the Island building, an extension of the Eureka park, located in the east of Montpellier in the community of Castelnau-Le-Lez. The Parc Eurêka was conceived to welcome companies from the industrial and tertiary sectors, ICT, IT and services. It is a true urban district with an ecological, economic and intergenerational vocation reflecting the image of the cities of tomorrow.
Designed by the architectural firm Jakob + MacFarlane, The Island has houses, offices and shops bringing work and living space closer together. Plants are omnipresent; the complex has a 1,200m2 interior patio in the heart of the plot landscaped with smooth transitions from drier areas to an almost subtropical space.
Covering a surface area of more than 500m2, these new IMAIOS premises open up new perspectives for growth, with the hiring of new employees to strengthen the team and continue the development of new innovative projects.
Designed and implemented by the CMT Architects Workshop (Céline Marais and Marie Branchereau), the managers of IMAIOS Antoine Micheau and Denis Hoa wanted to welcome their team in a modern and friendly setting, with pleasant working conditions.
The premises include, in addition to numerous workstations, a recording studio (sound, control room, etc.), a library, a break room and a lunch room equipped with a kitchen.
