Check that you have completed all the required fields that are marked with an asterisk.

For US residents, please include your State. 

 

How can I change my password?

Once you have logged in on our website www.imaios.com (your name should appear on the top right of the page), click where your name appears.

Then click on “Dashboard” and on "Modify my password" on the “Security” section.

After this, enter your current password on the “Password” field, enter your new password on the “New password” field and again on the “Confirmation” field.

Confirm by clicking on the blue button “Store changes”.

 

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?  

On the main page our website www.imaios.com, click on “Login” at the top right of the page then click on “Forgot your password?”.

Enter the email address associated with your IMAIOS account on the field "Your email address" and click on the blue button “Send”.

Check your email inbox for further instructions.

Please note: Sometimes emails are automatically sent to your junk mail or spam folder. Please double check these folders.

 

How can I get an invoice for my purchases?  

Once you have logged in on our website www.imaios.com, you just need to click where your name appears (on the top right of the page) and then on “My orders”.

After this, click on “Print” next to the invoice you want and it will download in PDF format.

The error message “InvalidToken” appears when I try to launch a module. What should I do? 

To solve this problem, first of all check that you have the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on your computer.

Then check if the time and date on your computer are correct.

 

Why can't I access e-Anatomy from my tablet or smartphone?  

To access e-Anatomy from a mobile device (iOS or Android, smartphones or tablets), you have to download and install the latest version of IMAIOS e-Anatomy application (free download from iTunes and Google Play).

 

I have paid my subscription but when I launch a module it tells me that I have to subscribe. What should I do? 

First of all check that you are logged in on www.imaios.com.Your name should appear at the top right of the page, on the “Login” button.

If this is the case, and you have just purchased your subscription, it is possible that the bank transaction has not yet been processed or that it has failed.

Does the QEVLAR subscription allow access to e-Anatomy? 

No, QEVLAR and e-Anatomy are two different products and each one requires a separate subscription.

There is no subscription that includes both products.

 

Does the RadCore Question Bundle subscription allow access to NucCore Question Bundle or NM Essentials QBank Bundle and vice-versa? 

No, QEVLAR RadCore Question Bundle, NucCore Question Bundle and NM Essentials QBank Bundle are different products and each one requires a separate subscription.

There is no subscription that includes all products.

Yes, however you must first link your “in app” subscription with our website (www.imaios.com) by following the “Restore” procedure:

The entire subscription system for e-Anatomy application for iOS is managed by Apple if you have purchased it through Apple Store. You should therefore contact Apple technical support team to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for your purchase.

 

I would like to cancel my IMAIOS e-Anatomy for Android yearly subscription that I purchased through Google Play. How can I do this? 

Please contact our Technical support team (Contact) and send on copy attached your purchase receipt or any other proof of purchase within your Google transaction reference number.
