Ethmoidal crest - Crista ethmoidalis
The ethmoidal crest is a horizontal crest superiorly and less prominent than the conchal crest, for articulation with the middle nasal concha. Above the ethmoidal crest is a narrow, horizontal groove, which forms part of the superior meatus
