Anterior talofibular ligament - Ligamentum talofibulare anterius

Description

The anterior talofibular ligament, the shortest of the three ligaments of the lateral ligament, passes from the anterior margin of the fibular malleolus, forward and medially, to the talus, in front of its lateral articular facet.
