Diagnosis

Central neurocytoma

History

Progressive Headache rebellious to therapy in young woman. No other symptoms. An examination CT without contrast medium reveals a expansive lesion into the right lateral ventricle that appears dilated.

Findings

"Bubbly" mass in the lateral ventricle, attached to septum pellucidum, near foramen of Monro, through which extend into 3rd ventricle.T1C+: Moderate heterogeneous enhancement

DDx

Subependymoma. Subependymal giant cell astrocytoma.
