The uterus shows bulky fundus, with multiple focal lesions seen, as follows:

-The largest measures about 6x5.5 cm and shows non-enhanced intermediate T1WI signal and low T2WI signal, with irregular T1WI hyperintense rim around it. Findings are suggestive of previous red degeneration of uterine fibroid.

-Another lesion of 3.3x2.8 cm is seen showing intermediate T1WI signal and low T2WI signal, with central small areas of fluid signal; suggestive of cystic degeneration of uterine fibroid.

-Few other small lesions that show dark signal on T1WI/T2WI images, measuring up to 1.5 cm; suggestive of non-complicated uterine fibroids
