the left side, at the height of the upper edge of the epiglottis, in the anterior wall of the epiglottis vallecula, embedded submucosally in the soft tissue, with a nonreactiv environment, approx. A 2 mm diameter, round, calcareous formula can be observed.

The larynx shows a regular picture.

Hard and soft palate, uvula and epiglottis without deviation. The size and structure of the salivary glands are regular.

The size and structure of the thyroid gland show no differences. The filling of the depicted blood vessels is regular. They are free to the vascular compartment.

In the area of the epi-, meso-, and hypopharynx, the airway is of normal width, symmetrical, and the space-narrowing process in their surroundings cannot be verified.
