Partial Ulnotriquetral Ligament Tear

There is abnormal high signal intensity of the triangular ligament as well as ulnotriquetral ligaments with fluid signal and edema suggestive of injury with partial thickness tear.

The disc shows normal signal with intact fibers.

Mild edema seen around the ulnar collateral ligament.

Negative radio ulnar variance is noted.
