The ninth edition of the French Growth Champions ranking was published on February 14. Les Echos Week-End and Statista reward companies in France that stand out for their outstanding performance. This ranking acknowledges the top 500 French companies that achieved the highest growth between 2020 and 2023, based on revenue evolution, organic growth, and the location of their headquarters, which must be in France.

This remarkable achievement earned IMAIOS a place among the "French Growth Champions" in the ninth edition of this ranking, unveiled on 14 February. This ranking, compiled by Les Echos Week-End in collaboration with Statista, highlights French companies that distinguish themselves through exceptional growth:

→ Strong growth between 2020 and 2023, evaluating their progress in terms of revenue, organic growth, and company headquarters location, which must be based in France.

Our company stands out as one of the top performers in the e-health and e-learning sectors at the national level, ranking 276th nationwide and among the leading companies in the Hérault ecosystem.

The Key Factors Behind IMAIOS' Success

IMAIOS' success is driven by several key factors:

  • An annual organic growth rate of +21.94% between 2020 and 2023
  • 26 employees in 2023, nine more in 2025 and plans to create 4 additional positions

What Happened in 2024?

Several innovations were introduced:

  • Dark mode and localised image labels;
  • Five new modules: MRI of the cranial nerves (e-Anatomy), dog's eye, dog's nasal cavity, the medial side of the dog's knee (TPLO), and horse's head;

  • Acquisition of vacant office space within the same building: as we started feeling constrained in our current space, we seized the opportunity to expand by acquiring premises on the lower floor.

Expanding into New Markets

As part of our international development strategy, we have identified opportunities in several markets.

IMAIOS has established a significant presence in the United States, where more than half of radiology trainees use its products, positioning the company as a major player in the field.

China is also a strategic market for IMAIOS, particularly in the field of medical research. In 2025, it will be one of our top development priorities.

About IMAIOS

Since its inception, IMAIOS has been dedicated to supporting the education of healthcare professionals and students worldwide by providing interactive anatomy atlases. The company was founded by two radiologists who experienced a lack of available resources during their radiology residency shifts.

Following an incubation phase at BIC Montpellier, where it was based in Cap Omega and later at MIBI due to its international scope, IMAIOS now operates from its own 800 m² offices, designed to enhance employee well-being and comfort.
