Key points

@1.1 The neutrophils have many dark vacuoles clearly visible in their cytoplasm. Their nucleus is elongated.

@2.1 The cytoplasm of eosinophilic polynuclear cells is dark and filled with granulations. Their nucleus can be elongated.

@3.1 Basophils have very large and dense granules that cover their cytoplasm and nucleus.

@5.1 Large lymphocytes may contain purple granules.

@6.1 Monocytes contain many fine purple granulations.
