Key points

@1.1 Neutrophils have a polylobed nucleus with a clear cytoplasm containing clearly visible violet granules.

@2.1 The granulations of eosinophils don’t cover the entire cytoplasm.

@5.1 Monocytes have various forms. They have vacuoles and shaded edges.
