Once you have logged in on our website www.imaios.com, you just need to click where your name appears (on the top right of the page) and then on “My orders”.
After this, click on “Print” next to the invoice you want and it will download in PDF format.

The entire subscription system for e-Anatomy application for iOS is managed by Apple if you have purchased it through Apple Store. You should therefore contact Apple technical support team to cancel your subscription and receive a refund for your purchase.

To (re)activate your packs of modules, please follow the following procedure:
- Uninstall the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS
- Reboot your iOS device
- Download and install the latest version of the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS
- Start up the IMAIOS e-Anatomy application for iOS
- Click on the login button on the top right ("face like" icon)
- Click on "Restore" and follow instructions (Create an account if you don't already have one)
Your modules should now be activated. Please note that you will have access to the content available when you purchased your module packages. New modules and features are for yearly subscribers only.
