Sillon postérolatéral de la moelle spinale désigne un sillon présent de chaque côté de la surface dorsale (ou postérieure) de la moelle spinale. Il est situé entre les cordons blancs postérieur et latéral. Il constitue également le site marquant le point d'entrée où les filets radiculaires postérieurs ou sensitifs des nerfs spinaux s'attachent à la moelle spinale. Ces filets radiculaires dorsaux véhiculent les informations sensitives provenant du corps vers la moelle spinale, telles que le toucher, la douleur et la température.
