Ligament longitudinal dorsal - Ligamentum longitudinale dorsale

Description

The dorsal longitudinal ligament, thicker than the ventral longitudinal ligament, passes on the dorsal surfaces of the bodies of the vertebrae, forming a part of the of the floor of the vertebral canal. It extends form the dens of the axis to the end of the vertebral canal in the caudal region
