仙骨管
Canalis sacralis
定義
仙骨管（仙骨の脊柱管）は仙骨の大部分を縦走する。上方では断面が三角形を呈し、下方では椎弓板および棘突起の未発達により後壁が不完全となり、この末端部を仙骨裂孔と呼ぶ。
仙骨管は仙骨神経を収容し、その壁は前仙骨孔および後仙骨孔によって穿孔されており、これらの孔を通じて仙骨神経が管外へ出る。
