前庭靱帯

定義
室襞は粘膜の二つの厚い襞であり、それぞれ細い線維組織の帯、すなわち前庭靱帯（または室靱帯）を包んでいる。前庭靱帯は、前方では喉頭蓋の付着部のすぐ下方において甲状軟骨の角に付着し、後方では声帯突起のやや上方において披裂軟骨の前外側面に付着する。
