脊髄硬膜上腔
Spatium epidurale spinale

定義
脊髄硬膜の外側に位置する空間は脊髄硬膜上腔と呼ばれ、硬膜と脊髄を囲む骨性脊柱管との間に存在する。この空間は、分娩過程における脊髄硬膜外麻酔の投与において重要な役割を果たす。さらに、脳を取り囲む同様の空間は硬膜上腔と呼ばれる。
