e-Anatomy 해부학 모듈은 MR 관절조영술을 통해 어깨관절과 돌림근띠의 해부학을 집중 조명하였습니다. 

이 어깨 MR 관절조영술은 캘리포니아 Shin Imaging의 Dr. Corey Chakarun이 GE Signa Pioneer 3T MRI를 이용하여 남성 환자를 대상으로 수행하였습니다. 이 검사는 앞아래 관절순 인대 복합체의 만성 손상으로 인해 정상 상태는 아닙니다.

형광 투시 유도하에 전방 접근법으로 어깨관절에 가돌리늄 용액 12ml(1:200희석)를 주사하였습니다. 환자는 어깨를 약간 바깥쪽으로 회전하여 바로 누운 자세 상태입니다.

그런 다음 중립자세로 둔 뒤 어깨의 MR이 수행되었습니다(ABER 자세 제외), 이는 어깨 관절의 MR 관절조영술에서 공통적으로 사용되는 5가지의 다양한 시퀀스가 적용되었습니다:

  • 축상면 T1 강조 지방포화 영상
