바위능선 바로 아래에는 다소 눈에 띄기 어렵지만 안뜰소관구멍이 있습니다. 이 구멍은 aqueduct of the vestibule 또는 안뜰소관이라고 불리는 통로로 이어지며, 이 통로는 속림프관과 함께 작은 동맥 및 정맥을 포함합니다.
