정의
위가슴우리문(thoracic inlet, 가슴위구멍)은 앞뒤보다 좌우가 더 넓은 콩팥 모양입니다. 뒤쪽으로는 첫째등뼈, 앞쪽으로는 복장뼈의 위쪽 가장자리, 양쪽으로는 첫째갈비뼈에 의해 형성됩니다. 아래쪽 앞방향으로 기울어져 있어, 개구부의 앞부분이 뒤쪽보다 낮은 위치에 있습니다. 앞뒤지름은 약 5cm이며, 가로지름은 약 10cm입니다.
