팔이음부위(어깨이음부위, 위팔다리이음부위)는 어깨뼈와 빗장뼈로 이루어지며, 앞쪽과 뒤쪽이 불완전한 구조입니다. 그러나 앞쪽은 복장뼈 위끝에 의해 완성되며, 빗장뼈의 안쪽 끝이 이곳과 관절을 이룹니다. 뒤쪽은 크게 불완전한 구조로, 어깨뼈는 근육만으로 몸통과 연결됩니다.
