뒤면은 약간 비틀린 형태로, 위쪽 부분은 약간 안쪽을 향하고 아래쪽 부분은 뒤쪽 및 약간 가쪽을 향합니다. 이 면의 거의 전체는 위팔세갈래근의 가쪽갈래와 안쪽갈래로 덮여 있으며, 가쪽갈래는 노신경고랑 위쪽에서, 안쪽갈래는 노신경고랑 아래쪽에서 일어납니다.
