가슴속근막은 갈비사이공간과 갈비뼈의 깊은 곳에 위치한 성긴결합조직 층으로, 이 구조물들을 아래쪽의 가슴막으로부터 분리합니다. 이 근막층은 가슴안의 가장 바깥쪽 막입니다. 가슴속근막은 다양한 양의 지방을 포함합니다.
