속종말끈(종말끈의 위쪽 부분)은 길이가 약 15cm이며 두 번째 엉치뼈의 아래테두리까지 뻗어 있습니다. 경질뇌척수막; 경막의 관형 덮개 안에 포함되어 있으며, 말총을 형성하는 신경으로 둘러싸여 있고, 청백색을 띠어 말총과 쉽게 구별할 수 있습니다.
