가로사이인대는 가로돌기 사이에 위치합니다.
목 부위에서는 불규칙하게 흩어진 몇 가닥의 섬유로 구성되며, 가슴 부위에서는 등의 깊은근육과 밀접하게 연결된 둥근 다발로 이루어지고, 허리 부위에서는 얇은 막 형태를 이룹니다.
