정의
척추의 덧돌기는 허리척추의 가로돌기 뒤면에서 발견되는 작은 뼈 돌출부입니다. 척주세움근 근육군의 일부인 기장긴근을 비롯하여 근육과 인대의 부착점 역할을 합니다.
참고: 그레이 해부학에서 덧돌기는 갈비돌기 바닥의 뒤쪽 부분에 위치한 아래흉추의 아래결절로 기술되며, 원래 가로돌기의 흔적입니다.
