Complete Supraspinatus Tear with Muscular Atrophy

Evidence of complete supraspinatus tendon tear with retracted tendon fibers resulting in a wide gab measuring about 5 cm. this is associated with severe atrophy of the supraspinatus muscle.

Mild to moderate hypertrophic osteoarthritic changes of the acromio-clavicular joint.

Other rotator cuff tendons show no degeneration and no signs of tear.

There is a multi-loculated cystic structure seen extending from the humeral head to the proximal shaft with enhancing outline, may suggest unicameral bone cyst.

Also noted few subchondral supero-lateral humeral head subchondral cysts.
