Evidence of bone contusion in the medial aspect of the patella and lateral femoral condyle that are associated with medial patellar retinaculum injury in keeping with lateral patellar dislocation.
Otherwise, the lateral patellar retinaculumand patellar ligament appear unremarkable.
Shallow femoral trochlea with increased sulcus angle (measuring about 150 Degrees) which could suggest trochlear dysplasia.
Mild amount of knee joint effusion.
Soft tissue edema involving the infra-patellar fat pad
