Bericht
There is a subchondral curved hypointense line seen in the medial articular aspect of the medial femoral condyle associated with surrounding bone marrow edema without displaced bone fragment, suggestive of grade I OCD.
High signal intensity noted within the mid articular surface cartilage of the patella suggestive of grade I chondromalacia patella.
Partially seen subcutaneous collection medial and superior to the knee joint measuring about 9 cm in maximal visualized dimension and appears hyperintense on T2WI and PDW associated with diffuse surrounding subcutaneous soft tissue edema, likely related to recent trauma
