Bericht
There is partial thickness hyperintense abnormal signal seen in the distal supraspinatus tendon near its insertion, mainly its anterior part, with fluid cleft, and underlying bone marrow edematous changes, no gaps or tendon retraction. Features are suggestive of high grade partial thickness tear (anterior fibers).
The infraspinatus tendon shows an abnormal signal in its distal portion that is suggestive of infraspinatus tendinosis.
Other rotator cuff tendons show no degeneration and no signs of tear.
Minimal gleno-humeral joint effusion.
