定義
耳介において、耳輪と平行してその前方に位置するもう一つの湾曲した隆起を対輪と呼ぶ。対輪は上方で二つの脚（対輪脚）に分かれ、その間には三角窩と呼ばれる三角形の陥凹が存在する。耳輪と対輪の間にある狭い湾曲した陥凹を舟状窩と呼び、対輪は深く広大な腔である耳甲介を取り囲むように弧を描いている。
