定義
陰茎海綿体は、その前方4分の3において互いに密接に接して位置するが、後方では先細りとなる2本の突起として分岐し、陰茎脚と呼ばれるこれらの突起は恥骨弓の枝に強固に連結している。後方から前方へと追うと、各陰茎脚は坐骨隆起の前方において鈍端状の突起をもって始まる。
