母指の斜輪状滑車
Ligamentum anulare obliqum policis
定義
斜走輪状滑車は、母指の近位指節骨の掌側面に沿って存在する、強靱かつ恒常的な線維性帯である。尺側から橈側へ向かって近位から遠位方向に斜走し、長母指屈筋（FPL）腱を骨に近接した位置で保持する。
斜走輪状滑車は、A1滑車およびA2滑車、ならびに可変輪状滑車（存在する場合）とともに、母指屈曲時における弓弦現象を防止し、効率的なつまみ動作および把握機能に不可欠な役割を果たす。
他の母指滑車との位置関係：
A1滑車は、母指の中手指節（MCP）連結の近位側に位置する。
A2滑車は、斜走滑車の遠位側、母指の指節間（IP）連結付近に位置する。
斜走輪状滑車は、A1滑車とA2滑車の間、近位指節骨の骨幹レベル（おおよそ中央部）に位置する。一方、可変輪状滑車（存在する場合）は、斜走滑車の近位側、母指近位指節骨の基部付近（斜走滑車とA1滑車の間）に位置する。
