定義
前縁（掌側縁）は、上方では鉤状突起の明瞭な内側角に始まり、下方では茎状突起の前方で終わる。その上部は明確に画され、中間部は滑らかで丸みを帯びており、いずれも深指屈筋の起始となる。下方の4分の1は方形回内筋の起始部となる。この前縁は、掌側面と内側面とを分界する。
